Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from innovative startups to multinational corporations, to understand their cutting-edge digital, electronic, and electrical engineering inventions.
- Assist in the drafting and filing of new patent applications, articulating complex technical concepts into precise legal language to secure robust intellectual property protection.
- Participate in the prosecution of patent applications before national and international patent offices, including responding to official communications and objections.
- Conduct thorough patentability searches, freedom-to-operate analyses, and infringement assessments to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners, learning directly from experienced professionals and contributing to case strategy and client consultations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- A strong academic background, typically a 2:1 or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
- Demonstrable passion for electrical engineering, digital technologies, and a keen interest in intellectual property law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and legal concepts clearly and concisely.
