Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications, encompassing front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and database integration.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and tools essential for the efficient development, testing, and release of software solutions, emphasizing automation and reliability.
  • Develop and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring rapid, consistent, and automated software deployments across various environments.
  • Serve as a primary technical liaison between clients, project managers, and development teams, translating complex infrastructure and application requirements into actionable technical specifications and ensuring their successful implementation.
  • Apply advanced consulting skills to advise on best practices, evaluate new technologies, and propose innovative solutions that enhance system performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Full Stack Development and DevOps engineering roles, preferably within a government contracting environment.
  • Proven experience in building, testing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and tools using modern DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as an effective technical liaison, bridging communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal development teams to gather and fulfill infrastructure and application requirements.
  • Extensive technical expertise across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and comprehensive understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies.
  • Advanced consulting skills, including the ability to provide strategic technical guidance, evaluate complex problems, and propose innovative, effective solutions.
  • Full industry knowledge, staying current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development and operations.
  • Ability to work full-time, onsite at our Fort Bragg, NC location is a mandatory requirement.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in multiple modern full-stack development languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET).
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
