Key Responsibilities

• **Logistics Process Analysis & Improvement:** Collaborate closely with clients to conduct in-depth analyses of their current logistical workflows, identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization through strategic ERP solutions.
• **ERP Solution Design & Implementation:** Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient ERP solutions, primarily utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365/NAV. This includes designing system architecture, configuring modules, customizing functionalities, and overseeing the full implementation lifecycle from project initiation to post-go-live support.
• **Project Leadership & Management:** Take ownership of ERP implementation and optimization projects, including defining scope, managing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards. This often involves leading project teams and mentoring junior consultants.
• **System Optimization & Integration:** Continuously assess and refine existing ERP setups to maximize performance, user adoption, and system efficiency. Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other critical business applications and third-party solutions to maintain data integrity and streamline operations.
• **End-User Training & Support:** Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct engaging workshops for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and fostering strong user adoption. Provide ongoing support and guidance to address queries and optimize user experience.
• **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Perform detailed data analyses to support decision-making, identify trends, and measure the impact of implemented solutions. Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide clients with actionable insights into their logistics performance.
• **Presales & Business Development Support:** Actively participate in presales activities, including preparing and delivering compelling solution demonstrations, contributing to proposal development, and articulating the value proposition of our ERP services to prospective clients.
• **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for further partnership and value creation.
• **Quality Assurance & Documentation:** Ensure the integrity and quality of all implemented solutions through rigorous testing and validation. Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an ERP Consultant with a strong focus on logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Demonstrable expertise in implementing and optimizing ERP solutions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management) or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• In-depth understanding of core logistical processes, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, procurement, and order fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive management.
• Experience with full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Ability to lead projects, manage client expectations, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is highly preferred for client communication.
