Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End File Management: Take full ownership of the complete lifecycle of property files, including meticulous intake, detailed tracking, proactive updates, and comprehensive documentation until successful resolution. This involves understanding the nuances of each service request, ensuring all necessary information is captured, and processed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Experience Advocacy: Champion a smooth, unified, and exceptional service experience for all customers. This includes setting clear expectations, providing regular and transparent communication, addressing inquiries promptly, and proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding their service requests and projects. Build rapport, convey professionalism, and provide accurate, timely information, ensuring customers feel supported, well-informed, and confident in our service delivery.
- Strategic Project Coordination & Management: Strategically coordinate all facets of project management efforts related to property services. This encompasses scheduling resources, managing timelines, tracking milestones, facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring all project components align with predefined objectives and quality standards.
- Quality Assurance & Oversight: Rigorously ensure service quality from the initiation of a request through to its final completion. Implement stringent quality checks, monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and gather customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and maintain consistently high standards.
- Operational Excellence Driver: Contribute significantly to achieving and maintaining operational excellence by actively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiencies, and implement best practices in service delivery and project coordination across the organization.
- Problem Resolution & Escalation: Skillfully identify potential roadblocks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams or management when necessary, ensuring swift and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and project momentum.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a customer service, service coordination, or project support role, preferably within a remote setting.
