About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive revenue marketing strategies and campaigns specifically tailored for the DACH, Nordics, and Benelux regions, aligning with overall global and regional business objectives.
  • Drive demand generation and lead nurturing programs across multiple channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, and regional events, to generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to ensure seamless lead hand-off, sales enablement, and joint pipeline acceleration initiatives, fostering strong sales and marketing alignment.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to execute campaigns, track performance, and optimize the customer journey.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis within the DACH, Nordics, and Benelux markets to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and refine marketing strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and message localization across all regional marketing materials and communications, adapting global campaigns for local market relevance and cultural nuances.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content teams, and global marketing to develop compelling value propositions and integrated campaign assets.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of Wolters Kluwer's marketing capabilities and best practices, sharing insights and successes across the organization.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B revenue marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with significant experience in a regional role.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies for the DACH, Nordics, and/or Benelux markets.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German, Dutch, or a Nordic language is a significant advantage.
