Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing service projects, technician schedules, and customer requirements, proactively identifying potential conflicts or delays.
  • Serve as the critical communication bridge, fostering strong relationships between clients, service technicians, and various internal departments such as sales, technical support, and logistics.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their service requests, estimated arrival times, and resolution progress, managing expectations effectively.
  • Administer and maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports within our internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Coordinate the timely procurement and delivery of necessary parts and materials for service assignments, collaborating closely with supply chain and warehousing teams.

Requirements & Qualifications
