You will advise, configure, and guide our diverse client base towards a manageable and scalable setup that not only meets their immediate needs but also fosters long-term growth and adaptability. Key Responsibilities
- HR Process Analysis & Design: Conduct comprehensive 'as-is' and 'to-be' analysis of complex HR processes, identify pain points, and design optimized, scalable workflows. Translate intricate functional requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and solution designs.
- Youforce Workflow Configuration: Expertly configure the Youforce Workflow module and other relevant platform components. This includes defining rules, forms, notifications, approval flows, and other system functionalities to precisely align with specific client needs and best practices.
- Technical Integration Management: Facilitate and oversee the seamless integration of Youforce with other HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, or broader enterprise systems. Ensure robust data flow, API connectivity, and process automation across interconnected platforms.
- End-to-End Implementation Leadership: Guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial project scoping, detailed design, and build phases, through rigorous testing, successful go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Execute tests, document results meticulously, and collaborate with development teams to manage and resolve any identified defects.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create detailed functional and technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures. Conduct engaging workshops and training sessions for client HR teams, system administrators, and end-users to ensure successful adoption and long-term self-sufficiency.
- Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on HR technology best practices, system optimization, and strategic utilization of Youforce features. Build and nurture strong, collaborative, and enduring relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest Youforce product updates, industry trends, and evolving HR best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for client process improvement, system enhancement, and innovative solution deployment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR process analysis, design, and optimization within a professional environment.
- Demonstrable experience in HR software implementation, configuration, or consultancy roles (experience with Youforce or similar HRIS platforms is highly advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively advising, training, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in configuring workflow modules and business rules within HR or ERP systems.
- A solid understanding of system integration principles, including experience working with APIs, data exchange formats, and middleware.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.
