ERP Application Specialist (M3) – Development & Transition

At Rensa Family, we operate within a rapidly changing and expanding application environment. Our core ERP system is Infor M3, which serves as the backbone of our operations. In addition to M3, you will work extensively with other crucial applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM for customer relationship management, Estimate for our comprehensive quote management processes, and Yellowstar for optimizing our supplier platform interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional and technical administrator for our Infor M3 ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for M3, Dynamics CRM, Estimate, and Yellowstar, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate closely with various business units to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into effective system configurations and solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, and process improvement across all managed applications, driving efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Participate actively in system upgrades, new module implementations, data migrations, and other strategic IT projects, particularly those related to our ongoing development and transition initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to ensure effective adoption and utilization of applications by end-users.
• Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and external software vendors or consultants when necessary.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for our application landscape, bringing forward innovative ideas and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an Application Administrator, Functional Consultant, or similar role, with a strong focus on ERP systems.
• Demonstrable expertise and hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP is essential.
• Familiarity and practical experience with other key business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Estimate (quote management systems), and Yellowstar (supplier platforms) is highly advantageous.
• A strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently, taking ownership of tasks, and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and system optimization.
• Experience working in dynamic, rapidly changing, and growing IT environments, with an understanding of system development lifecycles and transition phases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and building strong relationships.
• Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Dutch, both written and verbal, is preferred given the local context of the role and internal communication needs.
• Available to work between 32 to 40 hours per week.
