- Microsoft 365 Ecosystem Mastery: Serve as the primary onsite technical expert for the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Intune, and Azure Active Directory. Focus on optimizing collaborative tools and ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the platform.
- AI & Automation Champion: Lead the integration, advocacy, and user adoption of advanced AI tools, notably Microsoft Copilot, to significantly enhance employee efficiency, creativity, and innovation. Develop, implement, and manage automated workflows using platforms like Microsoft Power Automate to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve operational fluidity.
- High-Performance Hardware Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle management of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and specialized equipment) from procurement and secure deployment to ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and secure decommissioning. Ensure a robust, secure, and high-performing hardware ecosystem for all employees.
- Workplace Technology & AV Support: Manage, maintain, and provide expert support for meeting room technology, video conferencing systems (e.g., Teams Rooms), digital signage, and other critical collaboration tools to ensure smooth and effective internal and external communications.
- User Empowerment & Training: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, and provide one-on-one coaching to empower employees to maximize their use of technology and new digital tools, fostering self-sufficiency.
- Security & Compliance Advocacy: Promote best practices for cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT governance among end-users, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and relevant regulatory requirements to maintain a secure IT environment.
- Vendor & Asset Management Support: Assist in managing relationships with key IT vendors for hardware, software, and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all IT assets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and lifecycle planning.
