  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support for critical system incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution.
  • Document all infrastructure, processes, and tools thoroughly to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain operational consistency.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of our development and operations processes.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of our technology roadmap, focusing on scalability, resilience, and innovation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
